About LFMC

Lakeside Family Medicine Clinic (LFMC) is managed by Tzu Chi Foundation (Singapore) in collaboration with JurongHealth. This came into effect on 23rd November 2016. We are your one-stop neighbourhood healthcare provider, offering a wide range of services, including consultation & treatment for acute and chronic illnesses, health screening, laboratory testing, dispensary, and other support services. Patients can receive optimal care conveniently under one roof, which helps to minimise travel time and hospital visits.

Our doctors are qualified and experienced family physicians, who are supported by a team of professional nurses and allied healthcare personnel that provide comprehensive, patient-centred care for your medical needs.

We encourage all patients to book appointments in advance, so that they can expect shorter waiting times. Patients with Pioneer Generation (PG) and Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) cards can enjoy subsidised rates at LFMC.
